Playing catch-up

A lot has happened in the last week... so here are the highlights.
Mac's Parents came to town for a week to visit and spend time with Grandpa who was in the hospital for a 5-bypass surgery. He's recovering well!

We spent last Sunday at the hospital and I even brought our favorite game to play... just in case we had time, which we did.

It's "Wahoo" or as I like to call it "Dadgumit!" or as my adorable father-in-law calls it "Marbles".

It's a variation of the game aggravation. I'm now an adict and Mac and I play on a regular basis. (It's always set up for play on the kitchen table.) Turns out I don't win much in Utah, unless I'm with my MO parents. But that doesn't stop me from trying!

Mac and I went to the Stake Summer Party at the Aquacenter. My little fish had a good time swimming while I had a fun time visiting from the dry shores.

And last and not least, interesting things from my little part of the world... includes Princess. We've been letting her venture outside - and she's been mostly good at staying on the patio. One afternoon she found a grasshopper. Here's her playing with it. I think she's adorable!
