I love holidays! And Pioneer Day is no exception!
It was fun to wake up lazily on a Friday and then slowly make our way to the home of Uncle Trist & Uncle Harv at noon where Zoey attended her first parade!
Ok, so she slept through the whole thing... but she was there!
So were her cousins Omar & Marisol and their parents! I LOVED watching the kids race around to gather the candy. And then Marisol would through a bunch to us lazy adults. What cutie!
I brought some Watermelon Kiwi slushys and we enjoyed the 45 minute procession.
Afterwards, Harv gave us a tour of his green green garden. It's beautiful and the sweet peas were fun to sample!
