Important Lesson

This morning I learned an important lesson while helping my Hunky Hubby put away the Star Trek ornaments.

First you should know that there are 2 similar ornaments - one's a phaser and one's a communicator. Both have cool buttons and make uber-cool sounds. Easy mistake, right?

Hubby asked me to hand him the box for the phaser, and since I didn't know the difference (and didn't bother to read the box) I handed him the communicator box.

**wrong**

He then informed me that "a communicator is what to talk to your friends with, a phaser is what you kill them with."
Ahhhhhhhhhhhh! That clears it all up!

I hope never to make the same mistake again. ;)

Now I know he loves him Mommy! ( He could have used his phaser and got rid of me along time ago, and at times I'm sure he thought about it! Ha!) I remember the days of putting the "Star Trek" tree up and taking it down, good memories, enjoy them!!

I'm glad you have Mac to help you learn the really important things in life. :) Has he had the "space-time continuum" discussion yet?
